Community Amenities
As a North resident, a portion of your annual dues goes directly into enhancing our community amenities. We believe in creating a lifestyle that exceeds expectations, and your contribution plays a crucial role in making that vision a reality.
- Dog Park: Unleash the joy for your furry friend just north of the dam. This is the one area where you may let your dog run free. Pet waste stations are available for your convenience.
- Lake: Embrace the serenity of our beautiful lake. Loch Lloyd Lake extends 110 acres with two functioning marinas and 100 boat slips. Boat slips are rented on a yearly basis. To learn more about renting a boat slip, contact the South HOA manager at manager@lochlloydhoa.com.
- Playground: For the little ones, our meticulously designed playground offers a safe and enjoyable space to let their imaginations run wild. There is one playground next to the Fitness Center between Monks Walk and Highland Ridge and another in the development with an expected completion date of Spring 2025.
- Walking Trail: Lace up your shoes and step into a world of tranquility with our scenic walking trails. Our .85-mile trail from the dam to the Beach Marina offers ample opportunities to take in the natural surroundings of the region.
